Dinner is a must at the Coal Pot on every visit to St. Lucia. The food has been consistently excellent. One of the most romantic settings in the evening. Flickering candlelight and waves lapping at the rocks at the edge of the restaurant.

Great Food, Great Wine and excellent hosts - can not wait to get back down to St. Lucia in Feb and go back to the Coal Pot for dinner!

Dear Chef Xavier,

Once again may I express the gratitude of myself and Jenny for your two special nights at Table 1 "next to the boat".  As ever the evenings have left us with so many wonderful memories.  We come to St. Lucia for many reasons but one of the most important is that we can visit the restaurant which we regard as our favourite - anywhere.

Thanks to you, your staff ... I wish you every success in the year ahead and I hope that the financial situation in the world improves and brings many visitors to the Coal Pot.
